CHINAR’s Internship program is open to candidates who are passionate towards humanitarian causes and show interest in the mission of the organisation. We offer internships in multiple areas which may include child and youth development, quality education, monitoring and evaluation, research and development and human resource management. Internships are usually year-round varying from 1 to 3 months.

Internship Completion And Grading

On the completion of internship period, your grade will be based on the following:

  • Work performance
  • Attendance at the organisation
  • Achievement of objectives
  • Feedback from supervisor
  • Punctuality
  • Knowledge, Attitude and skills

Note: Interns will be given certificates upon the fulfillment of internship criteria and achievement of objectives. Those who don’t qualify for the final evaluation by the supervisor are not considered for certification of their internship.
